The Affiliate program is a marketing program specializing in attracting visitors to the site through means of partnership agreements.
An affiliateis a legal person or entity that has registered and is accepted by Vulkan777 Affiliates company as an Affiliate of the Affiliate Program in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Before proceeding with work with Vulkan777 Affiliates program (hereafter ‘Affiliate program’), a legal person or entity (hereafter ‘Affiliate’) who opens Affiliates account should read and accept the terms of the Affiliate program.
1.2 By participating in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees that terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program may be changed in at any time without prior notice.
2. Responsibilities and obligations of the Affiliate
2.1 Accepting the terms of the Affiliate Program, an Affiliate thereby confirms that he/she has reached the age of 18 or more.
2.2 An Affiliate is solely responsible for the safety of personal confidential data submitted to sign in the system (username and password). Affiliate Program is not responsible for Affiliate’s loss of personal confidential data.
2.3 The Affiliate Program reserves the right to make changes in the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice. The current Terms and Conditions are considered to be operating at the moment.
2.4 Under the terms of the Affiliate Program, an Affiliate is not allowed to register oneself as a sub-affiliate should he/she already has an unused affiliate account OR in case an Affiliate is a supervisor of an affiliate account owned by an individual or an entity that an Affiliate runs or may have some kind of access to. Participants of the Affiliate Program are forbidden to have two or more affiliate accounts in the Affiliate program. If an Affiliate needs to operate two or more accounts in the Affiliate program, he/she must notify the Customer support and provide objective reasons for such a need.
2.5 Upon inquiry of the Affiliate program, an Affiliate must provide list of traffic sources on which an Affiliate advertises the Affiliate Program. If an Affiliate refuses to provide these sources, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with an Affiliate
2.6 Upon inquiry of the Affiliate program, an Affiliate must provide proof that he/she is the owner or the representative of the traffic source specified during registration.
2.7 Affiliates are prohibited to use the following advertising formats as a means of advertising, without prior approval:
- e-mail spam;
- social networks spam;
- use false information, misleading;
- any cookie manipulation.
2.8 Affiliate is not allowed to attract motivated traffic, when working with payment-per-referred player (СРА).
2.9 Affiliate is forbidden to attract himself/herself or own relatives as a client through the provided advertising materials.
2.10 Affiliate is forbidden to bet/perform any game actions by his/her referral link. In case any violations be detected, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to block Affiliate’s account without prior notice.
2.11 Affiliate undertakes to use only links and codes of banners that are provided within the framework of the Affiliate program. Otherwise the Affiliate program does not guarantee that the correct calculation of the commission will be carried out. Promotional material cannot be changed without the written consent of the Vulkan777 Affiliate program.
2.12 In case of systematic use of obscene language or insult of support service agents, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to refuse to provide an Affiliate with further online support or even to terminate cooperation with the subsequent blocking of an account and resetting an Affiliate’s balance.
2.13 Correspondence and personal communication with the administration, affiliate manager, or support service of the Affiliate Program are considered to be non-public information. Affiliate program’s participants are prohibited from disclosing it to the public, providing third parties with non-public information (or fragments thereof). In case of violation of this term, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the subsequent blocking of the account and resetting an Affiliate’s balance.
2.14 In case of violation of the above terms and conditions, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to block payments to an Affiliate. Payments can be blocked for any period until clarification of circumstances. If violations are revealed and proved, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to block an Affiliate’s account without prior notice.
3. An Affiliate’s rights
3.1 The Affiliate Program provides an Affiliate with all the necessary information, marketing and promotional materials. Affiliates are allowed to use the information available on the site.
3.2 The Affiliate Program provides an Affiliate with statistics on commissions as well as all necessary customer support service.
4. Commission payment for a player who made the first deposit (CPA program)
4.1 If an Affiliate is interested in working with the Vulkan777 Affiliate Program on the CPA model, he/she should contact customer support to activate this program. Otherwise, CPA commissions will not be charged. CPA program conditions are negotiated and established directly by the Affiliate Program’s representative.
4.2 When estimating commission amount according to the CPA model, Affiliate Program representatives consider financial indicators of the referred player, as well as his activity over a long period of time.
The method of financial indicators analysis and its detailed composition is part of the anti-fraud system, which cannot be disclosed to third parties.
5. Commission rate structure
5.1 Commission is the percentage of net income received from users directly referred by an Affiliate.
5.2 New customers are those clients who registered at web-site or mobile application and deposited money, but don’t have a game account yet.
Affiliate’s commission is calculated according to a certain percentage of the net profit a company receives from players referred by an Affiliate.
6. Terms and payments of commission
6.1 To receive a commission, an Affiliate have to have at least 5 active players (active are those players who have made at least one bet for the reporting period). The minimum amount for payment is $25. All funds accumulated on the Affiliate’s balance will be transferred at the nearest payment after the amount on the balance exceeds the minimum payment amount.

6.2 The negative account balance shall be transferred to the next reporting period.
6.3 The reporting period is equal to 2 weeks. Payments are made every week (every Wednesday of the next week after the reporting period) if there is a positive balance in the Affiliate’s account. To make a payment, you must correctly fill out all payment data in the program.
6.4 If any commission payment error occurs, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to correct such error at any time and immediately pay the deficient amount, charge the excess amount paid to the Affiliate, or deduct the deficient amount from the next payment.
6.5 Payment Acceptance by the Affiliate is regarded as confirmation of the full and final settlement for the specified period.
6.6 The Affiliate Program may delay the payment of commissions up to 180 days.
6.7 Payment will not be made if site traffic is caused by illegal actions or is contrary to any provisions of these terms and conditions.
6.8 An Affiliate agrees to pay back the commission received from fraudulent transactions, as well as bear the costs associated with these legal measures.
6.9 The Affiliate program has the right to refuse cooperation without explanation.
